"Renagi's Readers" Parish Newsletter

Farewell to pastor Vitus

The congregation of Bexgate St. Renagi’s will be welcoming new pastor Jamie Holton this week. Pastor Ague Vitus, who has been pastor for the church for nearly two decades, will undoubtedly be greatly missed by his parishioners.

Marvellous Mini Maestro

Congratulations to Joshua Lambert, age 12, who has been invited to join the Wesmarch Youth Orchestra! This will make him the youngest flute player the orchestra has ever admitted. We look forward to what promises to be a bright future for this young star.

Lowlifes Loitering

Several neighbours noted suspicious activity one night last week as figures were seen loitering oddly near the church in the middle of the night. We at the Reader are hoping it was just teenagers having a bit of harmless fun, but one can never be too careful.

Gastronomes: Give Generously for our Garden

There will be a bake sale this Saturday afternoon (the 24th) in support of the renovation of our church garden. Despite the hard work of all the church volunteers, it has been getting terribly overgrown lately, and I know I'm not alone in saying I wouldn't even consider spending time there in its current state. If we all dig deep and give generously though, I'm sure it can become a delightful place to bring our community together once more.

Public consultation at St. Renagi's

St. Renagi's has been selected as one of the sites for the Town Planning Bureau's recently announced public consultation next month. All members of the parish are invited to gather and give their views on the future of the fenland. Teas and coffees will be provided.

Reminder - looking for Renatana Thackery

Renatana Thackery is still missing, and her absence is keenly felt in this parish. The Thackery family has asked that all continue to remain alert, as hope of her re-appearance is not yet lost.

█ Bulletin ◉ The Commission █

“Only the foolish believe a demon. No unprofitable truth has ever passed their lips, no profitable lie has ever gone unsaid.” - St. Mlungisi, 3659

Mark these words!

In the town of Middlebrook, two young children were saved from drowning by the intervention of the angel Babata.

Mark also:

  • Rani Jakhar of Little Stowe Road was revealed as a heretic and arrested.
  • Helena Prickett of Beech Street was revealed as a heretic and shot.

Vigilance shall preserve us.
